On Friday, August 14, from 4 PM to 9 PM, Dreaming Out Loud’s Marion Barry Avenue Market & Café in Anacostia will transform into a celebration of local businesses, community, and summertime fun.

Browse a variety of local vendors, enjoy live music and entertainment, sample delicious treats, pick up freebies, and take part in family-friendly crafts and activities. It’s a great opportunity to discover new businesses, connect with neighbors, and experience the vibrant spirit of Anacostia.

Hosted as part of Yelp’s #DiverseCity campaign, the event highlights diverse-owned businesses while supporting Dreaming Out Loud, a DC nonprofit dedicated to building healthy communities.
